Terms of service

By creating an account or buying anything from Pink you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here applies to every purchase made after it was published.

Pink is run by the operators of the Pink ARK: Survival Ascended servers. We are an independent community project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, or any other rights holder of ARK.

• You sign in with Discord. Keep your Discord account secure; purchases made through it are treated as yours.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the store, the servers, or other players.

• Every product is a digital, in-game benefit on our servers: items, creatures, resources, ranks, or similar perks. Nothing physical is shipped.
• Purchases are voluntary contributions that help cover hosting costs. They do not give you ownership of anything on the servers, and they do not transfer to other servers or games.
• Products are delivered to the character and server you select at checkout. Please double-check the character, player ID, and server before paying; we cannot recover items sent to the wrong character because of incorrect details.

• Most products are delivered automatically within seconds of the payment being confirmed.
• Some products require your character to be online on the selected server. Those are delivered automatically the next time you join; the order page shows the current status.
• If a delivery fails because a server was restarting or unreachable, it is retried automatically. If it still does not arrive, contact support with your order number and we will complete it by hand.

• Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
• Coupons and promotions may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility, and can be withdrawn at any time.

• Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all purchases are final once delivered.
• If something was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or you were charged twice, contact support first. We will fix the delivery or refund you.
• Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in the purchased items being removed and your account being banned from the store and the servers.

• Survival servers are wiped or reset from time to time, and rules, rates, and mods may change. Items lost in a wipe are not refunded unless a specific promotion says otherwise.
• We may change, retire, or rebalance products and servers at any time. Where we can, we announce this in advance on Discord.
• If we permanently close the servers, purchases made in the preceding 14 days can be refunded on request.

Purchasing from the store does not exempt you from the server rules. Cheating, exploiting, or harassing other players can lead to a ban, and banned players forfeit any purchased items without a refund.

The store and the servers are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for downtime, data loss, lost in-game progress, or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
